Refunds

All Services are non-refundable.

We will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service and/or revisions free of charge.

The corrective service must be a mistake from the service provider. In case of a disagreement, a corrective service or revision must be validated by management. 48 hours will be provided to contact The Den via email, text, call, or DM to receive complimentary corrective service. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days post initial service date.

It is crucial you contact The Den as soon as you are dissatisfied in order to schedule you for any needed corrective service or revisions.

Right to Refuse Service

The Den reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, disrespecting our staff, or participating in any threatening activity.

Cancellation Policy

Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final. Due to an unforeseen event, you agree to accept a studio credit to be used later. Please give us a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule.
